Christianna Gozzi, MA, MS, RDN

Biography

Christianna Gozzi is a dietitian and organizational psychologist who has always been fascinated by how people work together in organizations. She is the founder of How Dietitians Work, a community of resources dedicated to applying the principles of organizational psychology to the field of dietetics. Applying this lens to the field of dietetics can help dietitians better understand how to thrive in an increasingly complex world of work.

Christianna is a second-career dietitian with a background in academic project management. She has made several successful pivots in her dietitian career, most notably transferring her skillset as a leader in corporate food service management into entrepreneurship as the owner of an insurance-based private practice focused on renal nutrition.

Christianna’s superpower is networking and she is passionate about helping dietitians and nutrition students work better together by building collaborative partnerships and simply connecting with each other in genuine ways.
