Biography
Gabrielle Simons is an early member and author with the Dietitian Insights collaborative.
As a registered dietitian and culinary nutrition educator living north of Boston, she is passionate about weight-neutral care and is currently pursuing training to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Gabrielle’s mission is to make trauma-informed nutrition services a standard part of treatment for substance use disorder (SUD).
