Jane Ujoatu, DrPH, RDN

Biography

Jane Ujoatu is a registered dietitian nutritionist with over nine years of experience in public health and clinical nutrition. She is passionate about community-based program development, implementation, and evaluation and about translating research into practice. She also provides her nutrition insight as a medical reviewer.

Jane Ujoatu is the founder of Encore Nutrition and Public Health Consulting Inc., where she uses evidence-based research to provide nutrition counseling to diverse groups and individuals in corporate and community-based settings. She also participates in speaking engagements, where she shares her nutrition insight and knowledge with a diverse audience.

Jane Ujoatu has a passion for promoting health, disease prevention, and improving population health through healthy nutrition. She is also committed to community engagement, volunteering, and mentorship.
